PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive set of data protection rules in the EU. The aim is to defend as much as possible the rights of EU citizens against unauthorized handling of their data and personal data, to give them more control over what happens to their data. GDPR will affect anyone who collects or processes personal data. It will take effect uniformly throughout the EU from 25 May 2018. In the Czech Republic, it will replace the current legislation on the protection of personal data in the form of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
At ANEXIA s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Each processing of personal data is carried out only for a predetermined purpose and on the basis of a relevant legal basis. , correctness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, limited storage, integrity and confidentiality and responsibility of the controller.The rules for processing personal data are defined in the internal guidelines of the companies.
Every citizen (the so-called data subject) has the right to access personal data concerning him - he has the right to submit a request for information on whether and to what extent his personal data is processed by the Company. The company will provide him with copies of the processing of personal data.
Each data subject also has the right to delete the data that he has provided to the Company on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, the right to correct personal data that is processed about him, the right to object, i.e. to limit the processing of data that he has provided to the Company on the basis of consent to processing personal data. The above-described rights are exercised upon written request of the data subject and upon verification of the provided identification data, so that another person data cannot be made available. The aforementioned application can be submitted at the company premises at the address Lubenská 1588, Rakovník.
If the data subject suspects that his personal data is not being handled in accordance with applicable legislation, he has the right to notify the Company representative at the above address. If there is no correction even then, the data subject is entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
